Does anyone know if there is an immigration desk after check in at DMK international where you can get a re-entry stamp?

I know swampy has one but not sure about DonMuang airport

Yes, you can buy a reentry permit at all international airports. DMK has an office with a big sign above the door that says "reentry permit" before you get in line.
