Give yourself at least extra 40 minutes time before you go

After you go through security and then when you are at immigration, tell them you want to purchase a re-entry permit and they will direct you to the correct location after they stamp you out.

You used to get the re-entry permit after security but before immigration, but it has now to changed to purchasing it after both.
