Check with the carrier. Sometimes preceding with 009 or 005 gives you the best rate. Skype probably the best bet. If you have ms365 you get an hour free every month hen it’s only pennies a minute

I just arrived as well. 30 days (US) but no paperwork and no questions asked. Only planning 12 days so no issues. He wrote in the date, good till 30 June
