My impression has been if you use a transfer service like Xe or Wise, when you hit the submit button is when it locks in to an exchange rate that it shows you in advance.
this is my first year - must keep the 800k for 2 more months (total of 5) amd if I'm going to transition to 65k/month only next year, I need to be doing the 65k deposits now also.
That sounds like a strange process. I had a China multi-entry visa glued into a passport that filled up AND expired, and I only had to show it along with my new passport to use it. I just had to carry both passports. I think others do it that way - and that was China.
Look at G-Adventures for lots of small group tour options. There are maps and itineraries that may serve ideas, or go on one. I used them for a trip through Vietnam, Cambodia and end in Bangkok. After that, I felt able to make my own plans and trips.
am I correct to say that you still have to keep the 24k in the account for another 3 months after the 1st extension is received, regardless of making the monthly deposits towards the 2nd extension
the 800k is already there and 'seasoning' until my application for extension in December. My question was about other activity with the same account such as monthly deposit towards the following year extension...
thanks. Is my expectation correct that after the first year extension with proof of the monthly deposits that I can apply for the 2nd and thereafter extensions without needing the 400k balance.
Book the 10 days at a serviced apartment in the area you are interested in long term or spilt the days btwn areas. 6 month min or more commonly 12 month lease is when you will find a nice place for the budget.
