I acquired a single re-entry permit when I got my recent one-year extension of non-o visa.
I head for Suvarnabhumi in the morning - When I go through passport control, do I need to do anything or make sure they see the permit stamp in my passport?
I did a single re-entry permit once before, but that was done on-site at the airport, and they gave me a receipt that I presented at passport control going out. I'm just not certain about having the stamp already in the passport and it being accepted when I return in a few weeks. Thanks
TLDR : Answer Summary
When departing Thailand with a single re-entry permit already stamped in your passport, you will not have to show it at passport control; the exit process is automated and does not involve interaction with personnel. The re-entry permit will be checked upon your return to Thailand, where immigration will stamp it, ensuring your entry is processed correctly based on your valid non-O extension.
