I have been going to Dentalista for over 7 years. They have an office right below the Phrom Phong BTS station and another in W District, Phra Khanong.

Please check out my company TruDental Tourism LTD. We are a British company based in Istanbul, so for just a chipped tooth it might not make sense to travel that far, however for anything more comprehensive Turkey is a fair bit more affordable than Thailand.
