Explain the nature of your business. What do you do online? How do you make money with it? Give them like a workflow for your business in the form of a letter.

Good luck! I'm waiting on a word from Berlin as well, it's been 14 days / 8 work days ...

I applied in Berlin on Dec 4 and haven't gotten past "document check" yet, so yes, Berlin is taking a long time.

Thank you for sharing! Waiting on Berlin embassy here, but with all the holidays and weekend in-between I guess I'll be lucky if I get it after 13 work days...

Oh now you're giving me anxiety. I didn't put the "Stadt" although it says it on my passport. Let's hope for the best for both of us!

Spouse DTV: You can get the application ready and save it as an incomplete application until you get yours, but you cannot put it in at the same time: one of the documents you need to take your spouse is the approved DTV! Get everything ready in the application mask, then as soon as you have your DTV, go to the unfinished one, upload the last documents you just got, and send it! Note: in my embassy, they only hold unfinished applications for 14 days. The mask will tell you once you log in.
