DTV VISA APPROVED IN TAIPEI!
A quick story…
So I wasn’t planning on getting my DTV Visa until January 2025.
But my friend told me that things were going online by then so I decided to do it sooner.
I found this FB group at the end of November and started reading through the post.
It took me almost a week of research and a few trips to the printing shop to put together all the required documents.
But I did it.
And then, I booked my flight to Taipei on December 8th and on December 9th, I went to the Thai Embassy at 9am.
I’ve seen a few people mention that they were getting strict with the requirements and they were definitely right.
Thank goodness I went over and beyond what was required because they were not afraid to ask questions and require proof.
I left the Thai Embassy at 11:00am all sweaty and flustered.
They told me to come back at 4:00pm to find out if I got it or not.
That wait in between felt like the longest 5 hours ever.
But I knew that I did everything that I could and it was out of my hands.
So when I came back at 4pm, they asked for the visa fee and told me to come back the next day.
I was almost in disbelief because of how hard they interviewed me earlier that day.
Anyway, here I am today, December 10th, holding my DTV Visa!
Thanks again to this group, I couldn’t have done it without everyone’s help!
If you want to go to Taipei to apply for your DTV Visa, just go through all the previous post about it because I just followed what everyone said and it totally worked.
