from Phuket immigration.... may or may not be up to date,,, may or may not be the same for your immigration office... suggest you visit the immigration office you intend to use to get the list from them. there is no 30 day option for you, You are not eligible for another covid extension.

As you have family in /from Thailand you can get a 60 day visit family extension from immigration OR apply for a covid extension and it will be denied to get a further 7 days both 1900thb

Once you've submitted your application ( 2sets of paperwork) you will receive a 30 day under consideration stamp. You go back after the 30 days where you receive the remainder of your extension of stay.
