Hello,

I am in process of getting paperwork together for changing my TR(Tourist Multi Entry) over to NON-O (Marrige) in Phuket. After submission does anyone know how long it takes to be processed and issued?

The 90 days non imm O visa based on marriage is processed the same day. The yearly extention of stay goes under consideration for 30 days.

Once you've submitted your application ( 2sets of paperwork) you will receive a 30 day under consideration stamp. You go back after the 30 days where you receive the remainder of your extension of stay.

 That's for the extention of stay. The OP needs a non imm O visa first which is processed the same day.

 There's only one Non Imm O visa, it's just issued for 4 different reasons.
