You need the bank statements stamped and the letter from the bank attached to the statements

@Numfhon *******
unfortunately in my case it seems so though you can always check in a hotel in Jomtien for a few nights get the TM 30 from the hotel and apply in person at the Pattaya / Jomtien immigration office who are a lot more sympathetic shall we say but I am not sure if it is cost effective

yes they declined me in person when I went so I went back to the same agent and she got the visa no problem but with a Trang stamp as before even though I live and am registered in Bangkok complete my 90 days with my Bangkok address and have the 800k locked in my bank account, if they do decline your application I can give to the agent that handles mine but it may be the same one you are already using

I live in bangkok and 3 years ago when I moved from Pattaya to Bangkok I used a well known agent in Bangkok to do the changes for my visa as at the time I was unwell. The visa was issued in Trang even though my property was registered in Bangkok. I had the money in the bank and gave the agent all the statements etc when she renewed my visa. When I went to renew it myself last year in person in Bangkok the visa was declined due to me using an agent in the past. I had to go back to the agent and pay the agency fee to renew my visa. Be warned hopefully it will not happen to you
