TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is facing an urgent situation as their Thai visa application has been denied, and they have a flight scheduled for January 11th. The post discusses the importance of having complete supporting documents for visa applications and notes that many visa agents may not be able to assist effectively, especially for applicants from certain countries, like Angola. Various community members respond with advice on required documentation and the likelihood of obtaining a visa in a short timeframe, indicating that reapplication with adequate papers is essential. The user is also cautioned about potential fraud when seeking help from unverified agencies.

Too many Africans on the Country, ‘working illegaly’ ; as Immigration is been stricty nowadays, they wanna see all docs evidences that one will not be here illegaly , and, have money to cover stay !

I'm sorry to say this, but you are short on time and even if you find an agent they too need adequate documentation from you.

I doubt that any agency can help you to get a tourist visa in only 6 working days.

The processing time in Pretoria (where Angolans apply) is approximately 7 business days* once a complete application is submitted...

*Certain nationalities take longer as the Royal Thai Embassy in Pretoria have to get approval from their headquarters in Thailand first to issue their visas. (I don't know if this applies to Angolan nationals or not.)

The Royal Thai Embassy in Pretoria do not offer expedited service = meaning an agent can't speed up the process.

We are South Africans, arriving in Phuket

- we don't need to apply beforehand, they stamp our passports when we arrive. I think it depends which African country you are coming from.

2.3 Confirmation letter from applicant's employer

Check all supporting documents , tickets, hotel booking, return ticket, bank statement or proof of funds

Not gonna happen from Angola or many African countries, you need to submit a new application with full supporting documentation

This is what ChatGBT said: Angolan citizens are required to obtain a visa prior to entering Thailand; they are not eligible for visa exemption like U.S. passport holders. To apply for a Thai visa, Angolan travelers should contact the nearest Thai embassy or consulate for specific application procedures and requirements. It’s important to ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay and has at least two blank visa pages. Additionally, you may need to provide a confirmed return ticket, proof of accommodation in Thailand, and evidence of sufficient funds for your stay. Processing times and fees can vary, so it’s advisable to apply well in advance of your planned travel dates.

They can't help someone outside the country

We do regularly assist many clients which are outside of Thailand.

They would need to contact us as they provided no helpful information in this post.

We would need to know their nationality, country they they are in, visa they applied for, and of course visa history.

But based on comments in this post the OP is from central Africa which is a country we do not currently assist with at any capacity.

If an agency offers help for cases like this, proceed with caution. The success rate is very low, and some agencies may take your money without even submitting your application.

Additionally, since you’ve asked for direct messages, you might attract scams or fraudulent individuals, so be extra careful.

can you send the required documents in order to keep your application alive? Or are you unable to supply what was requested?

I don't know if you can use this workaround but we had the same problem with my fiancé's Senegalese passport. But he applied from France where he resides. There was also problem with documents, they rejected application and after going back and forth a bit they finally called my fiance to explain what the problem was. So perhaps it's possible even if you're not a resident to try in France or Portugal or something. Online visa system seems to be working... Keeping my fingers crossed for you! (I also asked for agency for Thai visa on Fb and didn't have much luck)

Normally they wouldn't reject for that but request the documents required by email
