Non immigrant O based on usually retirement or marriage is good for 90 days.

Yes you can get a 30 day extension on a 60 day tr visa

Ok got two basic choices. Forget company route if they crack down on that you could lose everything.

You can get Usufruct agreement with your name on the chanote that gives you a lot of protection and in case of your wifes demise you get one year to be able to sell it. (Need lawyer to set this up)

Or you get a lease aggrement from your wife

 if its just for a holiday then UK probably easier presuming she has good job, property etc etc. My wife when she was my girlfriend got her own tourist visa and met me in UK for the weekend
