Actually I was told by my country's consulate that those countries that are on Visa exempt cannot apply 🤷‍♀️. That's a whole lot of countries!

Is TM30 filing required again after leaving Thailand if staying in the same property?

I left Thailand for a short holiday in March. Didn't ask for a new TM30. Went to report 90 days last week and they were ok. I'm in Bangkok.

Is it illegal to rent a condo in Thailand for less than a month?

Air BnB for condos is illegal in my home country too. Minimum is 6 months rent, same as Thailand. The owner will get into trouble if found out or someone decides to report.
