Yes. Very normal. I had two Immigration Police visit and requested other family and neighbour be present in Kalasin Provence. Really nice guys.

I wàs with Tick. Plane was delayed 4 hours so missed connecting flight and had to use Singapore Airlines from Melb to Thailand. Never reimbursed me the $2400 the flight cost me. Gave them the flick and will never pay insurance again. Waste of money.

Don't be a smartass and respect the Thai people, you'll have a great time. Remember sa wah Di Karp and kob khun Karp. Greeting and thank you and they respect that. Enjoy yourself it's a great place.

Mate the US is the worse place to stay. Very few cases in Cambodia, Vietnam or Thailand.
