I arrived in Suvarnabhumi on the 7th Sept. I have travelled to Kuchinarai, Udon Thani and Maha Sarakham. Tonight I travel to Pattaya to meet friends. My passport says I was to leave Thailand on the 6th Oct. What are my options? I've been coming to Thailand since 1967 and have a Thai partner of 8 years. I intend leaving Thailand on 26th Oct.

Max Mansfield on Monday morning go to Thai Immigration office and apply for the 30 days extension of stay. It's 1900 Thai baht Plus a fine of 500 Thai baht per Day OVERSTAY.

Do NOT ๐Ÿšซ delay as Thai Immigration Officers are ready to assist you NOW. But if you wait you run the Risk of being ARRESTED, fined and worse.

THESE are the common found requirements for the 30 days extension of stay at Thai Immigration office...be sure to have a TM30 address registration on file with Thai Immigration office.

immigration isn't open on Sundays. Best he go tomorrow and pay fine, if lucky they won't take weekend into account. Then get the 30 day extension.

so you are already on 2 days overstay (500 baht a day). If you can/have time, go to immigration today and apply for a 30 day extension(1900 baht). else when you get to Pattaya , file a TM30 (notice of residence of a foreigner) and then go pay at least 3 days overstay and apply for a 30 day extension.
