I live in Nonthaburi and I asked immigration that specific question when I first moved here. They said no need to submit a new one if moving within Thailand but need a new one every time enter from overseas….
Seems no consistent policy even within immigration departments.
I used Nonthaburi last year for retirement extension. You need all the documents as per Bangkok and can also do it from 45 days in advance.
Make an appointment online for early morning and print off 2 copies of the confirmation. Bank book pages photocopied from last 12 months (you need to update bank book on day of appointment) and there’s no bank close to the office. Bank letter up to 7 days old too.
