Trying to register TM 30 at Muang Thong Thani on a Saturday.
1. Don’t arrive at lunchtime between noon and 1pm. It’s totally shut for lunch.
2. Print all copies beforehand. The copy and photograph shop is closed all day Saturday
3. Tried beforehand registering the TM 30 online on section 38 app for Android, IPhone and web. None worked.
4. Google maps is out of date on finding the location as there is construction nearby. Probably best to take a taxi rather than driving yourself.

TLDR : Answer Summary
When registering for TM 30 in Muang Thong Thani, avoid arriving during lunchtime (noon to 1 pm) as the office is closed. Ensure you print all required copies beforehand since copy shops are closed on Saturdays. If trying to register online via the section 38 app, be aware that it may not work. Additionally, due to construction, it's advisable to take a taxi instead of driving. Comments suggest that TM 30 registration is normally handled by landlords, but if you're staying in hotels, ensure to fill it out and bring it with you when applying for your COVID extension.
Hey, I'm due to apply for the Covid ext next week. I'm not with a landlord, I'm sampling different Hotels here in Chiang Mai. How does the TM30 work if your moving round hotels? Should I print it and fill it out myself and bring it to immigration when I apply for covid ext? Cheers...
Your TM30 should be done by your landlord. And it's working online atm. For you to do yourself, you would need to go in person, as you won't have the documents blue book, owners ID card, to register for a user name. Google maps working fine and takes me to the correct entrance, regardless of road works
I went with the landlord. Google maps was open on 2 phones and both were showing to go down a road which is a construction site and no longer exists. Anyhow glad u found it ok.
Which online access did you use ? iPhone, android or website ?
