Good Morning. 

I am sorry to ask yet again, I'm off to Ho Chi Minh City,  Vietnam tomorrow with my Wife (Thai)  to Apply for Non O Visa. Could I please be remind of the documents required, also is there a specific time that the application must be applied for or is any time OK within the consulates opening times?  

I am right in thinking I need : 

200 Us Dollar Visa fee 

Letter from my wife asking myself to be granted the Non O based on marriage 

Copy of wife's ID card

Copy of Marriage Certificates 

My passport 

Thanks again.
