There has certainly been an update regarding the police check. The DBS option has gone unfortunately.

Regarding income. They are still accepting proof one month of £1650 so if you can show a recent statement that should cover it. Reality now is that 65k a month is closer to £1850 due to exchange rates so I guess it too will change.

I cannot say with 100% certainty but the lump sum method should be in just one account of your name.

Just one month's proof with a bank statement is fine.

They are being lenient with just requiring one month as the rules say 3 months.

London have been pretty good so far. They even allowed one member here an O-A although he was short on his monthly income. I have a suspicion Bangkok may have been looking at the online applications (your upload go's to the system which is Bangkok based) and what was being allowed and come down on them.

See the screen shot from them. At one time they was not really rejecting anybody.

I wouldn't be surprised to see the one month being put back to the 3 months requirement at some stage.

I hope you can get it sorted.

you do know the difficulties of single fillipino girls to get visas or to leave the Philippines visa exempt and travel to Thailand?
Ron *******
Once you have printed off the application and bar code, you either make an appointment online to go and take the documents or you post them straight away including the barcode in the application. The formula in the video is not working how it is supposed too.

You need to include £10 for the postal fee

good mate. Once you understand how the system works, it's easy. The hardest bit is getting the file size down to 0.5MB.

You start here for visa type. I think that's where people are getting confused. You cannot select a visa as such.
Ron *******
You don't select a visa as such. You select a reason to visit and the system selects the correct visa. You need to change the reason to visit while still in that section. If you move forward and then realise you made the wrong selection to visit and hence realise you are being issued the wrong visa, you need to clear the application or the system will default back to your previous selection.

Thats the reason why if you do multiple applications as a family or for friends, everybody has to apply for the same visa.

You could only apply for different reasons for a visa if you sent each application individually.

Basically, if you have a file pending in the folder for say a long stay visa (O-A) and you don't want that visa, you need to clear it or when you try for a different type of visa, it won't allow it and default back to an O-A visa application
