TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing a delay in receiving a password for the TM30 online registration, having waited over three weeks. Community members clarify that it's not unusual, especially due to backlogs in Bangkok's immigration offices. They suggest filing a TM30 in person and verify application status with immigration officials. There's also discussion about who can register for the TM30 online, emphasizing that property owners must handle registrations.

, just so you're clear, you MIGHT have submitted an application to USE the online TM30 site BUT until you get the user name and temp password you can't start using it <- meaning you don't have a TM.30 filed yet.

You need to go file a TM30 in person and you can ask them at the immigration office to look at your application and see if they can approve you so that you can use the online system.

Or contact them at this number

The only person who can help you is the Immigration Officer at the TM30 section of the Immigration Office that you use. But seeing that some people mention you are using the Bangkok Immigration and you do not deny that guess, there is a big back log of applications in Bangkok.

I heard you can go to Chaeng Wattana and they may assist in set up or get you the username. It is taking a long time to receive as to what I hear.

Should we restart again or wait a bit?

It has been same on my end - though as a renter they will not provide you a username and password. Has to be owner or manager by proxy. I did my TM30 this week and was told by IO. You can have owner set it up and use their password though

ok. Yes, by proxy works. I also heard from guy in line - even if you do get it set up or registered that the online is not accepting inputs?? Not sure if it is computer issue on user end or with Immigration. Who knows?? I hope this law goes away.
