TLDR : Answer Summary
Philippine passport holders can enter Thailand visa-free for up to 30 days using a visa exemption; however, they cannot work while in Thailand on this exemption or on a tourist visa. To work legally in Thailand, one must obtain a Non-B visa and a work permit.
understands that they can get IN to the country on a 30 day visa exempt entry or a tourist visa entry BUT they cannot work on one.

You can come on a visa exemption or tourist visa to look for a job, but you can’t start work until you have an employment-permitted visa/extension and a Work Permit.

You can't work anywhere if you have only a tourist visa.

Ah so if my Visa is going to expire can I apply a Non-B Visa is necessary?
that is between you and the company you are going to work for.
IF you have enough time on your current stamp AND the company you will work for can meet the requirements INSIDE the country you can get the Non-B visa at the immigration office.
IF you don't have the required time on your current stamp or your company can't meet the requirements inside the country then you take paperwork to a thai consulate in a nearby country and get a 90 day single entry Non-B visa.

Bring enough money and have enough patience and time. Its a bit of a process to set up company and get Non-B in neighbouring country, and then your own workpermit.
Count a few months to fulfil whole proces and at least 50.000TBH to start off.
Other option is starting to work for a company and get your Non-B and permit via them.
you do know the difficulties of single fillipino girls to get visas or to leave the Philippines visa exempt and travel to Thailand?

Philippine passport holders get in on what's called a 30 day visa exempt entry <- (no visa needed to enter for 30 days)
You CANNOT work on a 30 day visa exempt entry or a 60 day tourist visa entry. you need a Non-B visa <- (the B is business) and a work permit to legally work here.
