Suggest if applicable you apply as a worker with all relevant paperwork although the business route is also fine. It appears the rejections from business owner route are down to conflicting paperwork, job ambiguity and finances all over the place.

There was a very recent post from a business owner who got approved very quickly and what he posted looked very good and considered so it would be worth reading that.

The only way I’ve seen to do language is via a cultural program in chiang mai you can find details in here.

No wait period but I would suggest it would raise a red flag if you apply down one route fail then try another, better to review your app and try again. Or even better get it right first time.

I haven’t seen anyone getting tested on the language but if you’re doing a course you should be able to have a basic conversation fairly quickly.

Date doesn’t matter but don’t put it more than 3 months in the future

Good luck

There will be something wrong or amiss in your application I would suggest getting someone to double check it, you can even try dropping the docs into ai and see if it can give you any pointers. Not enough info in your post to comment as to if it will be accepted somewhere else

you can’t scan Thai qr with your watch or phone contactless. But you can just set TrueMoney up and keep 10-20k bht in there and it solves a problem

It will be rejected - your too young - as the first poster pointed out you need to be 20. I would make other plans as i dont believe your eligible for visa on arrival or visa exempt if you have a Pakistan passport.

Presume the 90 day online is no use for those on a DTV as you would need to leave every 180 days effectively making the 90 day reporting the '1st' one since you were back in. (Unless you go through the drama of the 6 month extension which very few are).

Which category of DTV are you applying under? If it’s workcation then you are wasting your time and money. Fly to a neighboring country and get a multi entry 6 month tourist visa.

You say final balance was 500,000 bht but don’t Hanoi require the funds to be at that level for at least three months?

I’d worry more about the 3 bank accounts over two countries and the fact you haven’t submitted details and evidence of your work rather than date stamps (although you need to get that right also). Unfortunately this is going to get rejected so I’d make plans to apply properly elsewhere.
