Ron Georgi Nope I had a previous house owner who never did a TM30, I attempted too, after spending 3 hours at immigration they threatened me with a fine, not the owner. She was supposed to go to immigration the following day, no idea if she if ever did.

Depends what bank you use, for me Bangkok Bank normally next day but no transfers over a W.E. Krungsri in seconds even on a W.E.

My landlord refused to do a TM30 refused me the documents so I could do it then gave notice to leave the property.

Do it yourself, complete this form get it witnessed and take to the Amphor Office and get a stamp on it.
