absolutisms never end well

99.9% of the time the USA/other countries bank uses a better exchange rate than the rate of the receiving bank

I’ve used this algorithm all over the world and it’s worked for me

the first time you have to go do it in person or online

*1st time is your inaugural 1st time or any time you re-enter country from an international border via international travel and stay static in country for 90 days (I have to clarify before we go down that rabbit hole)

1300-1600 is the best time for me

You could do a border bounce at an airport /land border and be back the same day

Or you could mate a minication out of it
