Hi everyone am in drv visa but now am late about my 90 days report i will pay fine 2000 i have a question Iam traveling next week if i travel without go immigration and pay fine i will face any issues or better i pay first?

Does any explanation help with immigration regarding the late 90-day notification or visa renewal? My current situation is that I am bedridden and cannot move, meaning I cannot walk. The travel distance is 360 km.

My partner had an accident was in hospital and given a NOT fit to fly note until the 24th Jan with a follow up appointment on the 26th of Jan to hopefully get a fit to fly note

I mistakenly thought our visas expired on the 28tg of Jan but I have just checked and they expire on the 24th.

We are due to fly home on the 28th hopefully

But I was wondering what is the best options for us as we will be over staying .

But also the Not fit to fly is only for my partner

My 90 days report expired on 3 May and the grace period is expires today, do you think I'll have to pay fine if I go on Monday?

I was heading over to extend my visa for another 30 days today. And realized it's showing 4th. Which is 29 days not 30.

So I'm now over one day. Is there any point of me going in and attempting extension?

Will the reject me right away ?

I am currently overstay on my 1yr multiple re-entry visa by 15 days.

Is it possible to go to Immigration and pay fine to extend or I have to leave the country? If so, how long before I can return?

Is there a visa agent able to assist with this process or remove the overstay?

What's the process if you missed your 90 day report ( more than 7 days) but you will exit the country and come in before your visa extension? Am I correct in thinking the fine is 2,000 at immigration? If I fly out without paying the fine would I need to pay that at the airport (when I get my re-entry ) or do they only focus on your visa ? Thanks in advance.
