Ok
@El***
, a new one for me, althought not relevant. Not nice but good to take in account should I ever need it. Thanks !!!
Peter ****************
Sorry
@El***
, maybe it's valid for a separate thread, but if one wants to live in a hotel, a year extension (e.g. Retirement) is not possible in BKK ?

Or apply for a non imm O single entry in the US ? Gives you 90 days in Thailand to open a bank account (and put the 800k฿ in) and then ask for the 1 year retirement extension. Or is it nowa-covid-days harder to fullfil the requirements
@Benj****
?

When you already HAVE a Thai bank account, you can transfer the 800k฿ already 2 months before you come to Thailand. Then when you already have the non imm O as
@James *******
mentions, you can ask for the year extension after about 60 days already. With a multiple re-entry permit. However for this visa nowadays, one asks quite some (Insurance) requirements.

There is already a mistake in the picture

TN means T-ransfer N-o book by the way. With kasikorn you can see a international swift transfer only with downloading the excel data or ask the Kasikorn for a doc.. Bangkokbank does it right.
