Suppose there was no covid situation; If you have a still valid non imm O multi entry visum based on retirement (one year every 90 days a border hop) can you have a year extension after let's say, 2 border hops, on base of retirement fulfilling the requirements ? Or must the visa completely been used.
Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, it is possible to apply for a one-year extension of a Non-Imm O multi-entry visa based on retirement after completing two border hops, provided that you meet the extension requirements. The visa does not need to be completely used before applying for an extension.
