Hi all. I know you can arrange a re-entry permit in your immigration office or airports. Can you also arrange that in another immigration office as your own ? Thx !

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can arrange a re-entry permit at an immigration office or at airports in Thailand. However, some immigration offices may refuse to issue a re-entry permit, requiring you to return to the office where your visa extension was granted or to obtain it at the airport when you depart. It is best to contact the specific immigration office beforehand or simply visit to determine if they will assist with the permit.

in theory you can, BUT some immigration offices will refuse to sell you a re-entry permit and tell you to go back to the office that gave you the extension or get it at the airport when you fly out.

The only way you know IF an immigration office will sell you one is to show up there and try to buy one OR call them before you go.
