If you make an appointment online the confirmation email requests / reminds you to bring the following 3 documents only

(1) Passport

(2) Previous notifications of staying over 90 days (if any)

(3) Completely filled in and signed notification form (TM.47)

Can't overstate the ease of doing 90day with an appointment- this morning I was in/out in less than 10 min, avoiding a queue of easily 100 people. Note you still have to 'check-in ' at the counter in the car park before going to see the IO inside.

Just back from MTT from doing 90day report (online & app never seem to work for me) - had an appt for 10:10, arrived at 9.30 was seem immediately, left 5 min later.

There was a huge queue of people without appt's.

To avoid a multi hour wait and if you can (inside your reporting window) recommend you make an online appointment.

Did my extension at C-wattana ~10 days ago - made an appointment for 10am, arrived 9.40, as soon as I made my appointment known to the staff I was seen almost immediately by first officer for doc' checking. Extension was completed and all finished within an hour of arriving.

Definitely advise making an appointment online.
