Trying to complete my 90 day check in on the Thai immigration app, but this keeps popping up and won’t allow me to continue?

Have only input my arrival date so seems weird… any ideas?

I recently went to Koh Samui Immigration for a new 1-year "retirement" extension of my non-immigrant O visa and got it without any issues, the new stamp in my passport says "EXTENSION OF STAY PERMITTED UP TO 29 APR 2022", as expected.

Today I logged in to Immigration's Android app and got a pop-up message saying that I was on 10 days overstay, with a permit date of 29/04/2021! I logged out and then in again, the same message appeared again.

It seems that their database is not up to date (yet) or that the app is not that reliable. Should I better inform Immigration about the issue or is this (kind of) "normal" anyway and may be solved by itself with time?

Has anyone else here ever experienced the same kind of situation?

I arrived back in Thailand on 28/11/2020. I hold a NON-IMM OA retirement visa. I made my first 90 day report on February 18, 2021 in person at Phetchaburi Immigration Office. I am due to report again by May 18, 2021

Today I attempted to do this online. First I tried the Thai Immigration App but I was unable to get past the first step of uploading the initial TM47 personal information. I called immigration and they suggested I use their website instead of their app.

I used their website using a Chrome browser and I would get to the point of submitting the first step TM47 information and all I could see after submission was a blank screen and I was unable to complete steps 2 thru 4. I called immigration and was told they preferred I use a Microsoft Explorer browser.

I attempted to submit step 1 using the Explorer Browser and encountered the same blank page and once again I was unable to complete steps 2 thru 4.

If any of you have any useful information to help me complete my 90 day report online I would really appreciate if you could let me know.

Trying to do our 90 report on the Thai Immigration app, but keep getting this message after completing the first page, and pressing next, having entered all required info and scans. Anyone had this issue and know how to resolve please?

Anyone downloaded the immigration app for TM30 reporting? I have been waiting 2 weeks for it to be approved after completing the required info!!
