Trying to complete my 90 day check in on the Thai immigration app, but this keeps popping up and won’t allow me to continue?
Have only input my arrival date so seems weird… any ideas?

That is the error prompt that you get when the data they have on you is not the same as the data you are inputting. It means you need to go file the report in person 🙁 I'd try it a few more times, tomorrow, etc, but when you get that it means you go in person
Yesterday I have filed 90 days report by person. I have informed the officer that online website and app is not working properly and not allowing to continue. She showed me the monitor, many foreigners reported online. She said it's working. But they don't understand it's 100% not working. Few got filed online but many failed. Not improving the system. Today works, tomorrow down.
