Hi all,

I haven't done a 90-day report in person in years, but since the system is down, I have to make the trek to MTT. Just looked at a number of sites and unsurprisingly see a list of different requirements to bring. Can someone check this for me please? THX!

- original passport, TM.6, and 90 day notification receipt

- copies of all passport pages

- copies of front and back of TM.6

- completed TM.47 form

<quite a few sites state bring a 4x6 cm photo but I assume this is not needed>

TLDR : Answer Summary
Due to a system outage, the user needs to conduct a 90-day report in person and is seeking clarification on the required documents. Responses suggest that the essential documents include the original passport, the previous 90-day notification receipt, and the completed TM.47 form. Some commenters clarify that no photocopies or photos are necessary when reporting in person. Also, it was noted that if using a different address than the last report, a TM30 receipt may be required. Making an appointment online can significantly simplify the process.

Filled out TM47 (90 day report form) your passport, and your previous 90 day receipt that says when your report is due

They will only ask for a TM30 IF you are using a different address than the previous 90 day report or extension

You don't need any photocopy if going in person, nor a photo

If you make an appointment online the confirmation email requests / reminds you to bring the following 3 documents only

(1) Passport

(2) Previous notifications of staying over 90 days (if any)

(3) Completely filled in and signed notification form (TM.47)

Appointments :-

and use this work around (as described by Tod) for the small glitch in the booking website

Can't overstate the ease of doing 90day with an appointment- this morning I was in/out in less than 10 min, avoiding a queue of easily 100 people. Note you still have to 'check-in ' at the counter in the car park before going to see the IO inside.
