There used to be a specific letter from BBL that was signed stating each of the 12 deposits and that they were foreign. People have been saying that BBL will no longer do it.

 It is a formated letter and at least with BBL, it is signed. See the previous example.

 I had one stupid issue. I picked up the letter, it looked ok, then I brought it to immigration. The next day I got a call that it had been rejected.

The date of the letter was incorrect. So I had to go back to the bank and get it fixed. Then there was no problem.
