as I said, I currently do not have access to my bank app. My I banking account is available but there was NO option to transfer to 3rd party accounts. It was there but would not allow me to select it. There used to be but now the only option is prompt pay.
M banking (app), of course allows it but M banking is broken for me until the end of the week.
