TLDR : Answer Summary
For your first 90-day report in Thailand, you will need to bring your passport, the TM 30 receipt, and potentially a completed TM 47 form. It's also advised to check the immigration office's website for specific requirements. Some users mentioned the convenience of completing the report online.

You also might require a completed TM47 form in blue ink, a lot of offices ask for it now. Plus your passport, a up to date TM 30 and you should be fine.

always take copies as they will send you to the back of the queue again. Passport photo page, passport visa page, printed TM30 and rental agreement for condo is useful

immi in Udon Thani don't ask for tm30 - they just check it online. 3 times I've got a proof of residence without a copy of my tm30. But of course a very good idea in general to bring it.

I don't think you have your visa in your passport 🤔 you probably mean your residence permit.
