And the residence certificate, the TM30 form is incorrect; it should be a residence certificate specifically for applying for a driver's license. It cost 800 baht. I also need that same certificate to get my white license plate on my new car.

I got that too, especially, but my driver's license still had to be translated by a recognized translation agency and legalized by the embassy.

for land transport Pathum Thani, the 1h video is added, as well as the Belgian driving license (I am Belgian) must be translated into English and legalized by the Belgian embassy

If you're well prepared, you can open a bank account the day after arrival. I arrived on October 16th, and on October 17th, I was able to open a bank account with Kasikornbank. The required documents: proof of immigration residence, a non-retired visa, and a Thai phone number. I was able to do this thanks to the good advice from you and other positive advisors on this site, for which I thank you.

I suspect your rental agreement isn't sufficient. Did the landlord fill out a TM30 form online and forward it to immigration? You'll receive proof of this there. I arrived on October 16th as a single Belgian citizen with a non-O retirement visa. On October 17th, I was able to open a bank account at Kasikornbank without any problems, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It seems best to me that, if I apply for my extension, I'll temporarily have the owner of the rental complex where I'm currently renting fill out a DM30 form again. This way, I won't have to notify my bank of my change of address. Once I receive my yellow house book, I'll try to fill out the TM30 form online myself as the owner, and then I'll move in. After all the positive feedback, this seems like the best solution.

Won't it be confusing for immigration if they receive a TM 30 document on December 18th (when I apply for my extension) for the apartment I'm currently renting, while immigration already received a TM 30 on November 21st for the apartment I bought?

I'm glad you told me this. I also have to go to Kasikornbank and change my address, because they have the address of the apartment I'm currently renting, which I needed to open my bank account.

The apartment I'm renting and the one I currently own are in the same province. So I'll use the TM30 form for my apartment. Thank you very much for the information.
