baht per month. Make sure you have good insurance with low excess. I demolished the front if one car and it cost me 7500 baht. I had a new car within the hour. A Thai driving license helps but you must have an idp to go along with your home license. Legally you can only drive in Thailand for 90 days without Thai license. Dont drive it do anything if a motoring nature that you are not allowed to do in your home country or most likely your insurance will be invalid.

Air Asia always been good with me. Flown several times kop to bkk. Allow 7.3kg carry on plus 3kg shoulder bag every time. Thetpy drew the line at 7.9 kg so I had to put things back in the car. Prices have gone up a lot though.

Just go to immigration at any time and buy a re entry permit. You will need application form tm8 I think. The permit is valid until your extension stamp expires.

Come in on 30 day Visa exempt and apply for additional 30 days from local immigration for 1900 baht. Or, apply for 60 day tourist Visa before you leave. Providing the country from which your passport is issued qualifies.

visa on arrival is a totaly different thing to Visa exempt and aimed at people with certain passports so allthough I dont agree with calling you names you are wrong.

personally, if I was to get married, I would prefer to stay on an extension for being aged over 50 but that might just be me.
