you have to meet the requirements of your first extension while, at the same time, make the monthly deposits. IE, 800k baht in bank for three months after extension granted then must not go below 400k baht for the rest of the year. Whether you make it up to 800k again 2 months before next application just in case something goes wrong with the monthly payments us up to you. That is what I am doing.

Do not invest anything in Thailand that you can not afford to walk away from. Ever. Many fallang dont even get to keep the home they built and paid for.

AIS. Never had a problem. Calls even to uj are very cheap. 1800 baht for 6 months 5g at 4mbs. I hit spot laptop and firestick off it and it works fine.. EDIT. its 6mbs.

Get the correct information from your landlord. Register your property on line. Upload your documents and you are all set to report yourself at any time you feel the need. Problem solved.

It is where it was in February not that long ago. Make hay while the sun shines or so they say.

The bus was cobbled together with parts from several vehicles including isuzu and was basically a bomb waiting to go off. It was wearing false Mercedes Benz badges. I am not just heartbroken but also angry. I hope someone pays dearly for this tragedy and not neccessarily the driver. The root cause was probably a defective tyre not checked for years .
