How can I get the retired visa , regarding monthly income (none). I only have saving , overseas properties (not renting out ), and US stocks (no divident)
Hello, as a company owner in Dubai, do i need a salary from my company. My company is not having buissness right now, somebody has experience with the dtv in dubai and could help with some infos..
Hello everyone, when applying for the DTV visa, the 500,000 baht must be in a personal account, but can the $2,000 monthly income be justified from my business account?
I have a question. I arrive in Bali tonight and want to apply for the DTV today or early tomorrow.
I already have all the paperwork that is needed for the soft power Muay Thai, but I have one more question about income.
I don’t work at the moment (due to personal reasons), but as soon as I get the DTV I will get back to it (online)
So I must say that I am unemployed, but I do have sufficient funds for the DTV and able to show for 3 persons if needed (my kids will be added as dependent when mine is approved)
However how would I do this with the application?
I do get benefits from my home country every month and extra every 3 months, which has been enough to live by the past 6 months (without having to dig in to the 500k)
I am applying as a remote worker, I am a director of a LTD Property Co in the uk and I organise maintenance and other issues (remotely)and run two properties on Airbnb app for the company , instructing cleaners etc. I do not draw an income from the company. My income comes from rental property and one Airbnb held in my private name. I can meet income requirements.
Any advice on what documents/ proof I should submit. I am applying from the UK. Thanks for your help. R
how important are recent payslips when you have a large amount of savings? I have not been working for the past 6 months as I have been travelling, but am looking to settle in Thailand and get more remote work. I have in the region of 10m baht in the bank but no recent income, other than savings interest. Is this likely to be a problem?
have a question about the DTV I am Medically retired but not 50. I have more then the required monthly income and I have the required amount in the bank am I able to apply for the DTV. Also does any one know a trusted agency.
I am new here, so maybe something similar to my question is asked before...
I wanna get a DTV visa. From my work they wont allow to work abroad. I can get unpaid leave.
But i own 3 buildings which i rent out. Besides that i do some financial business (giving loans) on personal base, no company. Is this enough to get a DTV visa?
Me and my significant other aim to move to Thailand in a few months. We make music full time which makes around 7k a month gross, though we are considering doing a soft power (we don't officially run a registered business, very DIY). We have always shared funds from my account. Since we are self employed and share funds, what is the best course of action for obtaining a DTV for both of us?
We have the 500k baht each and make a good amount to our (my) main account, so not really a money issue - maybe just in the wrong places. Is there a monthly requirement for how much she should be making a month? What are the exact requirements for a soft power as far as income and documentation? Should we apply in the USA beforehand or try from Vietnam like many have suggested?
I'm mainly just looking for overall advice to our unique situation, and a general best course of action. Any advice is appreciated.
