My question is for Bulgarians. For Bulgarian citizens, what are the options to get a Thai residency. 1 year, 5 year, 10 year , 20 year? And what if you are over 50 years old?
Thailand seems to have relegated it to visa on arrival.
I was/am here in Thailand on a non O retirement extension valid until June 2023.
The thing is, I have been away to the Netherlands for 3 months because of family circumstances……
Of course I had a re entry permit , so to come back to TH was no problem ( I came back September 27 ), and now after a visit to my Thai family , I came back to Samui, which is basically my residence in TH.
The question is in short…
Do I need to report myself with the immigration here that I was out and back in..?
Does my landlord have to state I am back at the old adres..?
