Have only ever been asked at immigration once to show onward/return ticket which was last year.....I always buy one of the £7 "onward tickets" because I arrive one way...that satisfied him at immigration......I have had 3 minor quibbles at check in though on one ways including one on Emirates 19 years ago out of Gatwick

As far as the ticket is concerned the only interest an immigration officer "may" have is the onward/return one out of Thailand

Will you be bringing running shoes or going barefoot......

Always up to that immigration officer at the end of the day but people can help themselves by dressing nicely and being ultra polite

Depending on where you're departing from I'd be more concerned about money sniffer dogs at departing airport.......twice I've been tagged (around £4000 each time) and quick chat with Customs/Border Force complete with Bank proof and no problem but if I hadnt had proof could well have been issues.....(out of interest both times on Air India !)

Personally and paying Government rates rates on 36sqm condo water was around 120 a month and Electric I'd say around 1050 a month.......2 aircon units but never on together and probably fairly low usage overall
