Hi everyone I’m new to the group. I’m from the United States. I have a unique situation and no visa that I can find really applies to me. I work for a US airline as a flight attendant with my base in NYC. I’ve been living in Bangkok since Jan have been flying back and forth to home and work each month. I’m home 2.5-3 week then fly to US for for for 2-3 to fly my trips and return back home. I’ve spoken with a lawyer, Thai consulate in the us and their DC, NYC and Chicago office as well as immigration at the airport. Each time I have gotten the same answer . I’m currently entering on visa exempt as I don’t qualify for any visa. I’ve been told as long as you don’t over stay I’m good to come and go as many times as I want. Any thoughts or ideas on a visa that would meet my situation or if I good doing it the way I have been since Jan? 

Does the evisa shows the date of issue? I saw online that some people couldn't get their visa on time and only got approved while in Thailand and then just exited the country and re-entered to activate their visa. Won't the immigration officer check the date of issue? Anyone went through this process ?

We are going to Thailand for just short of 90 days (early next year) what would be the recommended way to get a 90 day stay? If it’s a visa which one? leaving from the UK.

I plan to go to Saigon for a week on Monday and my 60-day visa will expire while I'm in Vietnam. When I'm back in BKK, am I gonna have 60-day granted or should I go to immigration asap to pay the fees and have 30 days additional ?

Hi, I have a 60 visa exempt that is expiring on Sep 17. I want to go to immigration to get a 30 day extension. Can I book an appointment online for this or do I just have to go in?

can anyone confirm if the land border crossing is now 30 or 60 days?

Hi, is it true that if you've entered on the 60-days visa exempt and then extended 30 more days you have to fly out at the end, and can't just cross the land border with Laos and cross back again for another 90 days? Many thanks!

What would be the way to stay in thailand the longest if you gave up your "O" visa? Thinking of gambling with my 800K and cashing out and taking the 10% profit to exchange for the dollar.
