Come on a long stay visa open account legally and shouldn’t have problems,you cannot open an account on a tourist visa period ,I went to Kbank yesterday 20 minutes in an out new account opened

 there’s no such thing as a 90 day tourist visa it’s valid to enter up to 90 days then on arrival you’ll be stamped in for 60 days which you can extend once for 30 more
