Ok sorry I know a lot is going on but I've downloaded the app to report TM30 all is good but there asking for a file I'm stuck don't know what file help!!!

I`m in the same boat, I obviously have my passport and a rental contract but no personal details of my landlord, who is Chinese, and should be doing it anyway! Tomorrow I will go to my real estate agent to get the necessary information and to see if they can do it for me.What is the worse case scenario if I don`t do it, is it a 2000 baht fine at my next 90 day report?

Ok, I will try to sort this tomorrow, same as Bob. The site says I`m already registered but have absolutely no recollection of doing so and can`t remember my ID or password which are usually all saved in a password manager, very odd. I have never had my landlords details apart from her name so how I could possibly have registered I don`t know.

Not only the 2000 thb fine, without an addres you can not do other reports or apply for an Extension of Stay.

First off are you just now registering to USE the site OR did you already get a user name and temp password?

IF you're REGISTERING to use the site, in the FILES you upload you send the owners thai i/d, the house book listing, your lease and your data page of your passport.
