Hi. Do I need to do a 90-day report if I am leaving the country in just one week? I'm on a DTV. I did my first 90-day report in person, but since I did it a few days early, I was given a second 90-day report date that is one week before my DTV stay-permit expires. Just now, I tried to do the 90-day report online but it was rejected for some reason. Do I really have to make this report if it's just for 7 more days? I will be departing by train next week, the day my stay-permit expires. Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you are on a DTV visa and have been in Thailand for 90 consecutive days, you are legally obliged to file a 90-day report, even if you are leaving the country shortly. While there are some leniencies mentioned, such as not needing to file if you haven't reached the 90-day mark since your last report or if you're departing before the due date, the general consensus among respondents is that it's safer to complete the report to avoid any potential penalties or issues with immigration in the future.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES
Use the trusted Thailand 90 Day Reporting Serviceto get your in-person report done and mailed to you for as low as 375 THB (even if the online system doesn't work for you).

The 90-day report due date and the allowed stay date don't always match. In theory you need to do the 90-day report unless you're leaving the country BEFORE that date, even if it's for one day. Otherwise you MIGHT face penalties or problems when/if visiting Immigration.
The online reporting method is only available from 15 days before to eight days before. Bottom line is if you've been here for 90 consecutive days you report, period.
