there was an American who is a tax lawyer giving a statement saying just because you live here over 180 days does not mean you have to do a return. This is a bit like the millennium bug scam. Many companies saying it will only cost 12k to do your return. When actually you don’t need to do one so be careful out there with the advise you get

Depends on the people working with you to be true. If they think you’re taking the place of a friend or just a Thai I suspect they will inform immigration. Is it worth the risk?

with all due respect I agree in some aspects but google has answers to questions but this a group for answers and advise. The people who ask don’t want to troll through loads of post for the answer they want up to date answers. Like up to date local immigration requirements I think.
