My husband is 60 and I’m 57. We only purchased inpatient coverage only and pain out of pocket for outpatient insurance. The cost for both of us $2700 per year. We purchased travel insurance when travel to the US.

I don’t know about marry again in Thailand.

I would start asking Immigration office for their requirements for marriage Visa than go to Umpur what they required to get marriage license.

we got it done before moving to Thailand. I researched on Thai embassy and US State Department for requirements.

As other suggested. Probably easier to contact agent or have your husband to retirement visa instead of marriage.

No, as they cannot proved that you are actually married in the US. Has to start at origin county register.

We have to send our marriage license to be certified in the US to 4 different places:

Step 1. Originated county where we got married

Step 2. State office

Step 3. US State Department.

Step 4. Thai Embassy.

Took 3 months to get all signatures completed.

my husband and I are from the US. We are a Thai tax residents (>180 days). Do we have to file Thai income tax return if our money remitted into Thailand in 2024 are from savings account balance as of December 31, 2023?
