ORIGINAL POSTERHi my husband (US citizen) married with me (thai citizen) in USA and we have certificate in USA. We are would like to do non-o visa. I am wondering how can i apply got Kor ror22? Married certificate need to notary in Thai embassy in USA only or can US embassy in Thailand do for this issue?
If it is difficult to get notary in Thailand, can we marry in Thailand again? But i am not sure how to find documents for 6.1.3. Any recommendations?
