Tell them you will inform immigration of there failure to file... its 8k fine for the hotel for each person per day that they didn't correctly file... I run a hostel trust me on this they will wanna fix the issue ASAP not have immigration knocking

The way you describe it sound like you have a extention of stay based on education for 3 months... as far as I know the policy set by the central bank(the government) is that you need a 1 year+ extention of stay to open any account... so most will turn you away... you can just try branch after branch till one is willing to bend the rules or pay an agent that will grease the wheels I never used an agent so no clue what the going rate for that stuff is

Business in what sector and what scale if it's in a promoted field and you meet the criteria check out the BOI programs like the smart visa otherwise come on a Tourist visa do all the set up work or buy a established business and chance to a business visa

Just consulted a lawyer on this matter.

Thai law Pritty much boils down to this assets before marriage are not subject to any decision during divorce.

If your living in Thailand during a divorce Thai law applies for all assets except foreign realestat it doesn't touch that in any case if your living abroad during divorce local laws applie.

The lawyer did recommend also that if your scared that the divorce case would end up in a court in your home country you would need to get a prenup done in that country to make sure it's valid.

(In other words get on done in the USA if your worried)
