foreigners from any country have been able to do 90 day reporting at both Imperial World Mall (Big C Lad Prao Soi 83) and Big C Ratburana Road (across the river in Thonburi) for a couple years now.

BUT two months ago they started telling people that they couldn't do it there anymore and now it's 100% sure that you can't.

You are correct those immigration offices are for Burmese, Cambodian and Laotians only now.
